Day 1: Italian Tuna Melt with Tomato, Parmesan & Arugula
[3.5/5] I enjoyed the excitement from this new project and feeling that I'm doing something enjoyable and productive. This tuna melt has a nice Italian flavor and the celery and arugula provide a great texture. Next time I would reduce the amount of dressing I mix in with the tuna because the bottom bread was quite soggy. I would also use a more flavorful Italian cheese such as Asiago or Provolone. Overall a great start to this challenge.
