Day 16: Mojo Meatballs
[My Rating: 5/5] I've only cooked meatballs a few times in my life and usually they turn out soggy and tasteless. These pork meatballs were the crispiest, juiciest, most flavorful meatballs I've eaten pretty much ever. And the mojo sauce... oh the mojo sauce. With jalapeno, cilantro, oil, garlic, citrus juice, and just a pinch of sugar, it's spicy, sweet, tangy. It's the perfect sauce. You all have to try this recipe. It's a keeper.
