Day 31: Healthyish Fried Chicken
[My rating 2.5/5] I have always been averse to frying food. It tastes amazing, but it stinks up the whole house and me, it's messy, and it's really hard to get right. I've never fried anything that I really liked. This time included. I bought a frying thermometer, but it flooded with oil somehow. I followed the instructions on how to fry it, at what temperature. I even checked to make sure the inside cooked to 160. But it was still overdone on the outside and underdone on the inside. I'm sure this would be a great recipe if someone who could fry made it. Oh well, I tried, that's what this is about On to the next thing!
