Day 33: Chicken Cacciatore
[My Rating: 3.5/5] This recipe is kind of like Chicken Parm... but without the parm. The sauce is really tasty. Where I struggle with this dish is cooking the chicken to crisp outside, then cooking it further in the sauce thus saturating the crispy goodness on the chicken. If I were to do this differently, I'd cooking the chicken and the sauce separately then place the sauce on the chicken immediately before serving.
