Day 52: Leftovers on Rice
[My rating: 4.5/5] Because of all of the new dishes I've been trying out, I have some leftovers I've been collecting in my freezer. For this meal I threw a bunch of them together for a Thai-inspired rice bowl including sauteed asparagus and onion, cilantro, avocado, sesame oil, chicken broth, and a healthy drizzle of sriracha. The only thing I'd do differently is add roasted peanuts on top if I had them for some crunch.
