Day 67: Better Than Takeout Chicken Fried Rice
[My rating: 4/5] Who doesn't love fried rice? This recipe is really fantastic, and yet so simple. However, cooking rice is still really tricky for me. I've tried so many different ways and it always seems to end up sticky and undercooked, or mushy and overcooked. Does anyone know how people make rice so light and fluffy? Mine is always so dense.
